Rev. Eric Hann

Eric Hann has earned Bachelor’s (BA) and Master’s (M-Div) degrees in Christian studies, and has served in full-time pastoral ministry since 1992 (including 20 years as a Lead Pastor). He served for 5 years as a trustee of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is a member of the Evangelical Philosophical Society. Eric has studied apologetics for over 30 years, and has hosted events featuring some of the top Christian apologists in the world, including J.P. Moreland, Lee Strobel, Sean McDowell, J. Warner Wallace, and Greg Koukl.

He is currently the Content Pastor of Valley Baptist Church, Bakersfield, and the “Dean” of Valley Baptist University, an online video resource platform. Eric has been married for 38 years to his wife Cindy, and they have two married children.
