II Corinthians

When Titus informed Paul that his letter to the church at Corinth had been very helpful, Paul wrote a second letter. It is the least theological and the most emotionally intense letter that he wrote. While sharing some intensely personal experiences, he stresses that we must all remain loyal to Christ rather than following human personalities.

You will notice the teaching style of T. E. Lee consistently includes these components:

    • The verse text in Greek (from the Septuagint)
    • The verse text in English
    • A definition of words from the original language
    • An exegesis of the text
    • Supplementary quotes by revered theologians

This Study Guide was initially intended as a series of Sunday School lessons and is equally useful for sermon preparation or individual Bible study.
