Rev. Brian Busby

Brian Busby is the Executive Pastor at Valley Baptist Church in Bakersfield, CA. which is a church of 4 campuses and over 7,000 members. Brian grew up in San Diego and moved to Bakersfield in 2001 to wrestle for CSUB. When he arrived in Bakersfield, his teammates invited him to Valley Baptist Church, and it was at Valley that Brian was baptized, discipled, licensed, ordained, and married! After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in biology from CSUB, he went on to receive his Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brian loves to spend time with his wife Faith and two daughters Zoe & Abby. Brian also loves to read, teach the Bible, and play guitar.
